How a monthly subscription works

With a subscription you pay your teacher every month and get a fixed number of lessons to book whenever you like.

• Choose how many lessons a month: in Buy, click Choose a plan next to your teacher. You’ll see the monthly price, the price per lesson and how much you save compared with a single lesson.
• Payment: by card or direct debit, through Stripe. The money goes straight to your teacher; NowLesson keeps nothing.
• Renewal: it renews every month on the same day and is charged automatically. Each renewal adds your plan’s lessons.
• Unused lessons: depending on your teacher, they expire at renewal or carry over to the following months. You’ll see it in “How your subscription works”, next to the plan chooser.
• Cancelling or rescheduling a lesson: your teacher’s policy applies (for example, free up to 24 h before).
