2. What NowLesson is
NowLesson is a tool for independent language teachers and their students: scheduling, payments, a classroom and a teacher directory. Lessons and payments are between each teacher and their students; NowLesson is not a party to those contracts, takes no commission on lessons and never issues invoices on the teacher’s behalf.
3. Terms of use
Using NowLesson means accepting the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, linked at the bottom of this page.
4. Intellectual property
The NowLesson brand, design and software belong to its owner. What each teacher publishes (profile, video, materials, whiteboards and notebooks) belongs to them or to whoever licensed it to them; NowLesson only uses it to provide the service.
5. Liability
NowLesson works to keep the service running without interruptions but doesn’t guarantee it will always be available. It isn’t responsible for the lessons each teacher gives, the content users publish or linked external pages. If you see something that breaks the law or the terms, write to soporte@nowlesson.com or report the profile.
6. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Seville, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence.
