Change or cancel your subscription

Change plans (more or fewer lessons a month):

1. In Buy, under “Your subscriptions”, click Change plan.
2. Choose the new option and click Switch to this plan.

The change applies at your next renewal, with no mid-month charges: until then you keep your current plan. If you change your mind before, choose your current plan and click Keep my current plan. Need more lessons this month? Buy a package or single lessons.

Cancel: in Buy, click Cancel at the end of the period. You won’t be charged again and you keep your lessons until the end of the paid month. You can reactivate it before that date with Keep the subscription.

Payment paused: if your teacher stops teaching for a while, payment pauses automatically and you aren’t charged until they’re back.

Unused lessons: you can ask your teacher to refund lessons you haven’t used (under “Your payments”).
