No commission means you can charge less and earn more
Some platforms keep up to 33% of every lesson. NowLesson takes no commission: you pay a flat fee and the rest is yours. If students pay by card, you only pay Stripe’s fee (1.5% + €0.25); by bank transfer or Bizum, nothing. Keep your prices and earn more, or lower them and be more competitive.
And the trial lesson is yours: charge what you like for it (or give it away). Some platforms keep 100% of the first lesson with every new student.

1. Bring your students
Invite them by email or import them from your Google Calendar or a list. Each one accepts their weekly slot in a single step.
2. Get paid your way
Connect Stripe for cards and direct debit, or add your payment details (Zelle or Venmo, IBAN and Bizum) so students pay you directly. The money comes to you and never goes through NowLesson.
3. Teach your lessons
Scheduling with your cancellation policy, video link, a persistent whiteboard, notes and homework for every student.

Frequently asked questions
Does NowLesson take a commission on my lessons?
No. You pay a flat fee based on your active students. If your students pay by card or direct debit, Stripe charges its payment processing fee (like any platform, which builds it into its commission); bank transfer or Bizum cost nothing.
Do I need Stripe?
No. You can get paid with direct payments only (bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Bizum, PayPal or cash): your students pay you and you confirm the payment in NowLesson. Stripe is useful if you want automatic card, direct debit or subscription payments.
Can I keep using another platform?
Yes. If you sync Google Calendar, lessons you have elsewhere block your slots in NowLesson so nothing overlaps.
Does NowLesson issue invoices?
No. Stripe sends a receipt for every payment, but invoices, if you need them, are issued by you.
What do my students need?
Just an email address. They get your invitation, accept their slot and pay by card. They can sign in with Google, a password or an email link.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. You can export students, lessons, notes and payments at any time, and delete your account whenever you want.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose the plan that matches your active students. If you don't, we'll remind you, but nothing is blocked during the pilot.
