Freed-up slots: an earlier lesson if someone cancels

If you’re learning: in Book, under Let me know if an earlier slot opens up, choose “This week” or “In the next two weeks”. If another student of your teacher cancels or moves their lesson in advance, you get an email and a notification with the slot. Press Book this slot: the first to book it gets it. We only notify you if you have paid lessons, your lesson fits in the slot and you have nothing else at that time; at most one alert a day.

If you teach: it’s on by default in Availability (“Notify about freed-up slots”). We only notify when a student frees the slot (not when you cancel), within your schedule and respecting your minimum notice and your Google Calendar; up to 5 students, those who have waited longest first. In Payments → Activity you see how many slots were filled again this month.
