SEPA and ACH direct debit

If you get paid through Stripe, your students can pay from their bank account:

• SEPA Direct Debit (euros): the student enters their IBAN.
• ACH direct debit (dollars, US accounts).

How to turn it on

You turn it on in your Stripe Dashboard (Settings → Payment methods). In Payments you’ll see whether it’s on.

What changes

The payment takes a few days to be confirmed. Meanwhile, it shows as “Awaiting confirmation” and the lessons are added when Stripe confirms it. If the bank rejects it, we notify you both.
