Weekly lessons and “Move lessons”

Weekly lessons are your fixed slot: the same day and time every week.

Scheduling them: in the Calendar, press Schedule lesson and choose Weekly lessons (recommended). The student picks their first lesson from the teacher’s free slots and it repeats every week; the teacher can also click an empty slot in the calendar. If the teacher approves bookings manually, the series stays pending and is approved or declined as a whole.

Move lessons: click a lesson in the series and choose Move weekly lessons.

• Choose from which lesson it changes.
• Change day and time: the series continues with the new schedule from that date.
• End: there will be no more lessons from that date.

The teacher can always do it at no cost to the student. The student, for free with the notice set in the teacher’s policy; if the first affected lesson is already within that window, only that one counts as a late cancellation. The other person gets a single notification and the calendar updates automatically.
