Certificate of hours and level

If you teach: in Students, open a student’s progress and, under Certificate of hours and level, choose the period (by default, from their first lesson until today), the language if you teach several and, if you like, a comment. Press Issue certificate: it counts the lessons taught on those dates and their CEFR level at the start and end (the one you set in their progress). The details are fixed. You can revoke it at any time.

If you’re learning: we’ll email you and you’ll find it in My progress, where you can download it as a PDF. It carries a verification code: whoever receives it (an employer, a university…) can check it at the address shown on the PDF.

It’s a certificate of attendance issued by your teacher: the level is their assessment and it isn’t an official qualification.
