In the conversation with your teacher or your student, press the paperclip next to Send to send a file.
- You can send PDFs, images (JPG, PNG, WebP), audio (MP3, M4A, OGG, WebM, WAV) and Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents, up to 10 MB.
- Images show up in the chat and audio plays right there; everything else is downloaded.
- Only you and the other person in the conversation can see them. They’re kept as long as the conversation exists.
- Files can’t be sent in an enquiry before booking.
