Students who need attention

In Students → Need attention (and the most urgent ones on your home page) you see the students who may stop taking lessons and why:

• Their subscription ends in the next 7 days because they cancelled it.
• They missed their last two lessons (no-show or late cancellation).
• They used up their package over a week ago and haven’t bought or booked again.
• They took the trial lesson 2 to 14 days ago and haven’t continued.
• They have paid lessons and haven’t booked in three weeks.

Message opens the chat with a message already written for the reason: change it your way before sending. With Already talked, the student stops showing for 30 days (they come back if there’s another reason). Students never see this list.

On Mondays you get an email summary if anyone is on the list. You can turn it off in Settings.
