Prenatal Yoga is a gentle variation of yoga that is beneficial to both mommy and baby. With a steady yoga practice, one can learn to move in the pregnant body without overstretching and less stress.

A little over 15 years ago, I began practicing yoga. At the time, I had no intention of becoming an instructor. But as the time passed, I grew to love this life balancing practice more and more. My yogic path was not to only practice, but to empower and educate!
I've received three yoga certifications as well as a certification in Holistic Weight Management.
