Do I need to install any software for video chat?
No. There is no software to install. You just need a computer with a web cam attached and a web browser running Adobe Flash (version 11 or higher) and Javascript. Most modern computers have everything you need. Check your Flash version.
What is the price for a lesson?
Lesson prices vary by instructor. Mostly of the cost goes to the instructor, but it also includes a small fee that we collect for credit card processing and running the website.
What is the cancelation policy?
Lessons can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charge. Unfortunately lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full, unless they have not yet been confirmed by the instructor.
